To participate in the offer, use your compatible Samsung mobile device to access the Samsung Wallet app (or download the free Samsung Wallet app to your mobile device, if you haven't already done so) and navigate to and click on the offer banner through the Menu or Perks tab, then tap to pay three (3) separate transactions for in-store purchases via Samsung Pay to earn a stamp that will appear in your Samsung Wallet (collectively, the "Offer Submission"). Offer is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles, with venue in New York County, New York.
